Anambra 2025 Guber: I Will Restore Hope, Positive Change: Nweke Declares

The governorship candidate of Action Alliance (AA), Ozo Jeff Nweke says if elected, hope and positive change will be restored in Anambra State.

Nweke, while speaking at a rally tagged meet Jeff held at Awka on Thursday, maintained that his government would not be hinged on speaking big grammar without providing solutions.
The governorship candidate reassured the masses that he was in the race to win convincingly, charging them to vote for him and enjoy the dividends of democracy.
Nweke vowed to tackle insecurity, invest in human capital development, while providing employment, infrastructures and equipment in schools to boost the State economy and restore the pride of the State.
“I’m in to win the forthcoming election if you vote for me accordingly. I need you to bring the hope to the hopeless. I will bring the positive change you need.
“Kindly take the message to your people. I will speak the language you understand. I will improve the State security with provisions of modern equipment, training and retraining, intelligence gathering.
“Don’t allow them to decieve you. Don’t vote for those who cannot secure you. If you vote for me, you will never regret it because I don’t have sponsor.
” The masses, civil servants, traders, all of you are my sponsors. I will never let you down. I will run an open door policy,” Nweke declared.
In his remark, the leader of the Hausa community in Anambra state Alhaji Husseni Haruna made a public rejection of the incumbent governor and the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), declared that APGA is cancelled in their hearts
Haruna revealed that they have accepted Ozo Jeff Nweke, and that he would use his position as the Serikin Hausa to mobilize all the northerners in the 21 Local Government Areas of the state for the gubernatorial candidate of the Action Alliance (AA)
The community leader emphasized that as far as the Hausa community in Anambra is concerned, APGA is dead and they are following AA, stressing that he would use the last drop of his blood to ensure that the northern extraction of the citizenry voted for Ozo Jeff Nweke, whom he said has been a benefactor to the northern community in the state.
He explained that the AA governorship candidate is always accessible even in the dead of the night, noting that Ozo Jeff Nweke has a lot to offer in the realm of security and safety of the citizens even as he stressed that adequate security is the foundation of every liveable and prosperous homeland.
Haruna noted that he was a member of the All Progressives Grand Alliance ( APGA) but later defected to Action Alliance (AA) where he found solace from he saw as ill-treatments of northerners by the current APGA-led state government.
Also speaking, Anambra State Chairman of AA, Hon. Norbert Okoli assured Anambra residents that the party would provide the needed development they deserve through Jeff Nweke as according to him, he would uphold rule and law and allow businesses to thrive.
In his speech, the leader of Yoruba community, Alhaji Kehinde Alade said he would mobilise their natives residing across Anambra State to vote for AA.
“Nweke means a lot to us. He responds to our problems. Any time we call him he responds.” Alade submitted.
Also speaking, a native of Awka, Ozo Akubilo argued that it was turn of his people to produce the next governor of Anambra State and Jeff Nweke remains the best candidate they could offer given to his antecedents and humanitarian services.
