To our beloved Zonal Pastor, Christ Embassy Abuja Zone1, Pastor Enoch Boamah, on your special day. Pastor, there’s no better opportunity than this your birthday anniversary to tell you my mind because ‘wetin I go gain if I no do that.’
On this special day, we celebrate not just the passing of another year, but the life, calling, and impact of a servant of God who has been a beacon of light to many around the world. Your voice has lifted hearts, your hands have sown kindness, your life has shone with grace.
We thank God for the gift of your life and leadership. Your unwavering faith, wisdom, and service continue to shape lives and glorify God. Today, we celebrate not just the passing of another year but the countless lives you’ve blessed. May this year bring you greater strength, joy, and fulfilment in His purpose.
Of a truth, your life is a testimony of dedication, faith, and unwavering obedience to the will of God. Through your words, we have received guidance; through your prayers, we have found strength; and through your example, we have learned the true meaning of love, humility, and service.
Pastor, we honestly don’t know how you do it— One moment you’re declaring fire from the altar, the next, you’re cracking a joke that sends us into holy laughter! We’re not sure if the anointing of God’s Spirit upon you has anti-aging ingredients, because you sure don’t look a day over “God’s glory!”
It takes faith, wisdom, daily stretches, and the occasional “Jesus take the wheel” moment to do the kind of things you do. And you have navigated it all with the kind of grace and humour that can only come from above. If age were measured in anointing, kindness, and ability to make the brethren join ‘this’ chariot, you would’ve turned 100 a long time ago.
Pastor, your life is a reflection of God’s grace, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to His Kingdom. Through every sermon, every prayer, every counsel, and every moment of leadership, you have poured out yourself to see others rise. Your walk with God continues to inspire us to go deeper in our faith walk and grow stronger in our purpose.
Spiritually, you walk with God like the Enoch you are —except that you have never disappeared (thankfully so, because we still need you here).
Like David, you are a man after God’s own heart (1 Samuel 13:14). Like Paul, you are tireless in teaching truth and raising disciples (2 Timothy 2:2). And like Christ, you lead with humility, love, and servant-hearted devotion.
Seriously Pastor, your love, leadership, and humility have blessed us deeply. You carry grace with strength, and you serve with a heart full of God. Your wisdom guides us, your prayers cover us, and your example sharpens us. You’ve taught us to trust God in all seasons and to pray without ceasing- morning, noon, evening and, night.
Of a truth, you walk with a light that cannot be dimmed. Whether it’s whispering a quiet prayer or quoting Scripture with perfect comedic timing, you bring God’s presence into every space you enter!
And the best part is that through it all, you never lose your sense of humour. You laugh like Sarah in Genesis 21:6— “God has brought me laughter, and everyone who hears about this will laugh with me.” And truly, we do. Your joy is infectious, your spirit unshakable, and your jokes, unforgettable.
We celebrate not just your years, but the impact of your walk with God — a life that continues to inspire, guide, and bless.
So today, as you celebrate another glorious year, I pray: May your oil never run dry; may your shoes of purpose keep fitting; and may heaven keep clapping for you louder than we are right now for “The path of the righteous is like the morning sun, shining ever brighter till the full light of day.”— Proverbs 4:18
