Idemili South Mayor Inspect Landscaping Project At Nnobi General Hospital

The Chairman of Idemili South local government, Dr. Mrs Amaka Obi on Wednesday 8th October, 2025, carried out an inspection of the ongoing landscaping project at the Nnobi General Hospital.

Angel Network News (ANN) reports that
the initiative is sponsored by the Nnobi Union North America (NUNA) under the Public Private Community Partnership (PPCP) model of Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo’s administration.

The Mayor while speaking during the inspection commended the professionalism and dedication of the contractors handling the project.

” I was highly impressed with the quality and pace of work being executed, which clearly reflects NUNA’s commitment to community development and support for the Soludo transformation agenda.

“I commend the professionalism and dedication of the contractors handling the project and urge other well-meaning individuals, associations, and organizations to emulate this noble example.

“The truth remains that government alone cannot meet all the developmental needs of our communities, hence the need for collective responsibility and shared ownership of our progress. Initiatives like this bring government closer to the people and strengthen the spirit of communal partnership that Anambra State is known for.

“I sincerely appreciate our visionary leader, His Excellency, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, for leading a people-driven governance model that has continued to inspire our illustrious sons and daughters to see partnership with government as a civic duty.

“As always, we in Idemili South remain committed to putting our people first in all we do, ensuring that every effort aligns with the vision of a prosperous, clean, and liveable Anambra.

“Special thanks to High Chief Hamilton Ezeonu (Ikemba Nnobi) for facilitating this impactful project and for every of his commitment to the growth and development of Idemili South LGA.

“We are getting it right and gradually, the entire Anambra State will be transformed’. Obi stated
