Popular comedian, Johnmary Chukwumesiri, also known as ‘Ogbuefi I Go Tuk’, is set to be honored with the “Best Comedian of the Year Award, 2024” in a special ceremony that will take place in Anambra.
According to Dr. Odogwu Emeka Odogwu, Director, Media of the AMTY Awards, AMTY was birthed to celebrate exceptional individuals either from Anambra or who lives in Anambra and making exceptional impact in their respective fields.

Odogwu showered encomium on Ogbuefi for his dedication and resilience, noting his remarkable progression from a novice in 2000 to a seasoned performer who hit his stride in 2021.
