ADC Umunko Ward Holds Historic Meeting, New Executives Sworn In

(DDM) – The Action Democratic Congress (ADC) Umunko Ward in Igbo-Etiti Local Government Area of Enugu State held a highly attended and historic maiden meeting today, marking a significant step in consolidating the party at the grassroots.
Diaspora Digital Media (DDM) notes that the meeting brought together party loyalists, local stakeholders, and supporters from Umunko Ward and beyond, reflecting renewed enthusiasm for ADC’s growth in the region.
Hon Prince Kingsley Acharabagu, ADC Enugu North Zonal Chairman, who oversaw the proceedings, described the meeting as “well harmonized and peacefully conducted,” commending both the ward leadership and members for their cooperation.
He urged party members at home and abroad to support the newly formed executive committee and to join hands in strengthening the party’s grassroots presence ahead of future elections.
DDM learned that the meeting also featured a keynote address by Hon IG Amaechi Okoro, the House of Representatives candidate for Igbo-Etiti Uzo-Uwani Federal Constituency for the 2027 elections.
Okoro commended the attendees for their active participation and emphasized that significant work lies ahead to mobilize support, deepen party structures, and engage the youth and women effectively.
The meeting concluded with the formal introduction and swearing-in of the new Umunko Ward ADC Executive Committee, tasked with steering party activities locally.

Festus Onuoha; Vice Chairman, Agbakaeme Johnson; Secretary, Nwodo Sunday; Youth Leader, Odo Nnabuike; Woman Leader, Odo Nkemka; Treasurer, Ajarigo Chikwado; Assistant Secretary, Amoke Colenus; Financial Secretary, Nnabaagu Wilfred; Assistant Financial Secretary, Chinaeme Chinaedu; Organizing Secretary, Odo Anayo P.; Publicity Secretary, Ugwuele Chinaedu; Deputy Publicity Secretary, Ezeani Luke Oford; Deputy Woman Leader, Ugwu Georgia; Deputy Youth Leader, Asogwa Nnadike; Auditor, Odoke Sunday Ozone; Ex-Officer 1, Ugwu Juliet C.; and Ex-Officer 2, Eze Sunday R.
