The Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Somtochukwu Udeze has congratulated Governor Chukwuma Soludo on his recent triple honours at the 2025 Global Power Forum in New York.
Angel Network News (ANN) reports that Governor Soludo was honoured with the African Public Service Excellence Award, the African Governor of the Year Award, and a Certificate of Special Recognition from the South Carolina House of Representatives – an international acknowledgement of his leadership and the reforms shaping Anambra.
Describing the recognition as “a moment of collective pride for Ndi Anambra,” Rt. Hon. Udeze said the awards go beyond individual achievement.
Udeze praised Soludo for placing Anambra at the heart of Africa’s development conversation and reaffirmed the commitment of the 8th Assembly to continue working in partnership with the Executive in pursuit of a livable and prosperous homeland.
“They are proof that the work being done in our state is gaining attention far beyond Nigeria’s borders. Anambra is being noticed for measurable progress and innovative leadership.”
