Anambra CP Advances Advocacy, Support For Security Agencies

The Commissioner of Police, Anambra State Command, CP Ikioye Orutugu has paid a courtesy visit to High Chief Dr. Christopher Ndubuisi at his office in Abuja.

Angel Network News (ANN) reports that the visit is part of the Commissioner’s broader advocacy initiative aimed at fostering collaboration between the Police, other security agencies, and key stakeholders within and outside the State.

During the meeting, CP Orutugu appreciated High Chief Ndubuisi for his consistent support to security agencies and called for increased synergy between traditional leaders, community stakeholders, and the Police, especially in intelligence gathering, public awareness, and logistics support for effective crime prevention.

The Commissioner emphasized the importance of collective responsibility in ensuring a peaceful and secure environment, noting that security remains a shared priority that requires continuous engagement with patriotic individuals and institutions.

In his response, High Chief Ndubuisi commended CP. Orutugu for his proactive leadership and unwavering commitment to safeguarding lives and property in Anambra State. He pledged continued moral and material support for the Police and other security agencies working tirelessly to maintain law and order in the State.
