Antony makes decision on his future as Real Sociedad is keen to sign him

Manchester United loaned-out winger Antony has reportedly decided where he wants to play next season when his Real Betis loan stint expires.
The Brazilian infamously cost the Red Devils a transfer fee of £86 million when he made the move from Ajax to reunite with Erik ten Hag in the summer of 2022.
Sadly for the men, neither proved to be a success at Old Trafford. The Dutch manager was given the sack in October, and it was only a matter of time before his pupil followed him to the door, especially after losing his starting berth with Ruben Amorim in charge.
The 25-year-old ended up joining Betis in January, and has proven to be an instant hit at the Andalusian club. He has already contributed in four goals and as many assists in his 10 appearances across all competitions. These are impressive numbers considering he only made 17 goal contributions during his two and a half years at United.
Antony only has eyes for Real Betis

So according to The Sun, Antony’s exploits have sparked a two-horse race between Betis, who are desperate to keep the player beyond his current loan stint, and Real Sociedad who will try to prise him away next summer.
Nevertheless, the source believes the player has already made up his mind. After establishing himself as a ‘fan favourite’ at Estadio Benito Villamarín, the winger has no intention to leave the Seville-based club.
This certainly aligns with the desire of the club’s officials who are hellbent on keeping the red-hot star on a permanent basis as recently proclaimed by their CEO Ramon Alcron.
However, the La Liga outfit will still have to find an agreement with Manchester United who are looking to collect at least £40 million as exclusively revealed by Stretty News.
