Chido Obi Set to Face Arsenal at Old Trafford, Confirms Amorim

Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has confirmed that 17-year-old Chido Obi will be part of the squad set to take on Arsenal at Old Trafford in Sunday’s highly anticipated Premier League clash.

According to Amorim, the young talent, who caught the eye during his brief appearance in the FA Cup defeat to Fulham, has earned his spot despite his inexperience.

“Everybody can start,” Amorim told the club’s website ahead of the match.

“If they are training tomorrow, if they play today, they can be ready – and Chido is on the list, so he can play.”

With United battling on multiple fronts and dealing with squad limitations, the manager emphasized the importance of making the most of available players while balancing fitness concerns.

“When you are at a club like this, you cannot think about rotation with a small squad at this moment,” he added. “We are trying to assess all the players who are fresh and who are not at risk of injury. Even with that, we have to take some risks, but we must remain competitive on Sunday.”

Obi’s inclusion adds an exciting dynamic to the fixture, as United looks to strengthen their position in the league while Arsenal continues their title chase. Fans will be eager to see if the youngster can make an impact on the big stage.
