A South African community took drastic action to deal with a member who was accused of always beating his wife.
Some men in the community cornered the man and encouraged his wife to strike him repeatedly.
A video of the incident currently trending on X shows the man being struck by his wife and a man.
After a while, the husband tried to turn against the man supporting his wife.
At that moment, another man gave him a flying kick to the side of the head and he crashed to the ground, as other men joined in beating the abusive husband.
The video has generated lots of reactions with some commending the community while others pointed out that the woman would not be safe to go home with the man after the treatment meted out to him.
