CP Orutugu Interacts With Stakeholders In Nkwelle Ezunaka Community

The Commissioner of Police CP Ikioye Orutugu has led a security patrol of Operation Udo Ga Chi -Zero Kidnapping: a reflection of the Police Command strategy to enhance safety in the State.

The CP during the patrol stopped by at 3-3 in Nkwelle Ezunaka Community where he interacted with stakeholders comprising different Chairmen of the Estates, Private Security Operatives and other respected residents in the area to enhance greater cooperation for more effective policing in the area.

Orutugu in his address said his goal is prioritizing community safety and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve lasting peace especially the Police-led Operation Udo Ga Chi – Zero Kidnapping which means: “Peace must Reign,” through increased security presence to deter crimes and reassure the public.

The Stakeholders in recognizing the Command’s efforts at enhancing security and fighting crime, especially reflecting on the CP’s value to the community engagement in Policing, recognized him with the award of a Strategic Crime Fighter.

Angel Network News (ANN) reports that
the CP in his response, appreciated the community and assured them of Improved Policing Service delivery that is people-friendly. He thereafter dedicated the award to victims of Police unprofessional conduct in the State.
