CP Orutugu Task Officers On Professionalism, Timely Response To Incidents

Orutugu has engaged Officers in charge of Surveillance, Patrol, and Guard units across the Divisional Headquarters within the Command.
Angel Network News (ANN) reports that CP. Orutugu charged them to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, vigilance, and efficiency in ensuring public safety, maintaining law and order, and responding swiftly to security incidents.
According to a press statement by SP Tochukwu Ikenga, Police Public Relations Officer Anambra State Command, the engagement aligns with the Command’s ongoing strategic initiatives to enhance policing operations and service delivery across Anambra State.
CP Orutugu reiterated the need for officers to provide prompt and effective security interventions, emphasizing their role in fostering public trust and confidence in the Police Force.
In furtherance of his commitment to strengthening the security architecture of the state, CP Orutugu also facilitated the deployment of newly passed-out recruits to various Police Divisions.
He urged all officers to remain courageous, disciplined, and professional in the discharge of their duties, assuring residents of improved policing services and a safer environment.
“The Anambra State Police Command remains resolute in its mandate to protect lives and property and will continue to implement proactive measures to address security challenges in the state’. The CP stated.
