The Commissioner of Police Anambra State Police Command, CP Ikioye Orutugu
has paid an unscheduled visit to the Rapid Response Squad Formation, Awkuzu.
During the visit, the CP charged the Officers to show more commitment to duty and improve on timely response to incidents. He further advocates for a facelift of the current structure in the State.
The Commissioner has also continued his patrol/visiting rounds across the State.
The places patrolled include: Onitsha, Umunya, Airport Road, Nteje, Ogidi, Ukpo and many other places.

CP Ikioye Orutugu on Monday took over as the 35th Commissioner of Police Anambra State from Nnaghe Obono Itam, who was recently redeployed to Force Headquaters as the Commissioner of Police in charge of Counter Terrorism Unit, Abuja.
