I brought my wife, her mother to Canada but they ganged up against me – Nigerian man cries out

Mr. Ejikeme Benedict Ifeanyi, a Nigerian man who is based in Canada, is making headlines on social media after publicly criticising his ex-wife, Okiwe Tessy Ejikeme, for allegedly seeking sole custody of their two children.

In a series of Facebook posts, Ejikeme claimed he brought Tessy from Nigeria to Canada, only for her and her family to allegedly attempt to use him as a means to escape poverty.

He claimed he brought his wife’s mother to live with them in Canada so she could help take care of their children.

Ejikeme is now accusing the mother of ganging up with his wife to frustrate him.

He revealed that he walked out of the marriage when he could not bear it, but his wife is now pursuing full custody of their children.

Ejikeme accused his estranged wife of contributing nothing to their union aside from the children, whom he claims she is now using to demand continued financial support.

He expressed frustration over what he described as an attempt to manipulate the custody process for monetary gain.

In one post, he said he was not against supporting his children financially, but was opposed to the wife filing for sole custody and sole decision maker over the children when he was not a deadbeat father.

So far, the wife has kept mum and has not reacted to all the posts the estranged husband has made against her.

Ejikeme in one of the post said: “As I was going to pick up my children from their mother, I got a mail from her lawyer. This really break me down! Because I don’t want to stay in the marriage again. All your frame up in the police didn’t work out for you. You want to take my kids away from me. Gave you and your mother a life you never dreamt of! You want to take my money alone and not me having a say in my kids life ever. Lol 😂 😂.

“I’m speaking up. Incase tomorrow, Let it be out here

“No wonder you told me let’s have a joint account to save money, you think say I no wise ni. For jobless person wey no dey work?😂😂😂. Were will you get money from.”

“Dearest kids, Your mother is fighting for full custody and be a sole decision maker. She wants me to only bring money. So that she will run on Facebook and c r y about deadbeat fathers. You guys know I gave you the best of life while with you. My dear daughter, I hosted the biggest birthday party in the history of Sudbury when you clocked one year, Samuel Eweama and Sunday Chile Thelma were witness to it.

“Let this be an evidence that I will never give up on you my children. No matter what!.

“I’ve received calls from not less than 30 people (men) who are facing same challenges abroad.

“Why will a woman request for full custody of the kids when the man wants to be in the lives of the kids? Even going to the extent of requesting to be the sole decision maker.”

“Dear Men, speak up. Let them laugh at you. You will be glad you did eventually!

“I’ll be the last person to be bullied with cheap propaganda. They will oppress you and oppress you because they know you have a lot to loose personality wise if you speak up publicly.

“I’m ready to loose every personality I’ve built over the years and speak up. If you like fly cheap propanganda and pictures to deviate the topic.”

“Lol. People are telling me “Senator be quiet, don’t make her to push you into being the only one talking on social media ” does she have anything to say or defend?

“Men are passing through a lot, I’ve been fighting this for the past 8 months. I’m coming to social media because she wants to take the kids away, hopefully the children will grow up and see it. No, child support is not the problem, I’ve been paying it even when Court didn’t ask me to. If you know how much I love my kids, I will do anything just to make them happy.

“Lol. I’m not forming a victim, I’ve been fighting this all alone. Nobody knows. People don’t really care tho. Just an eye opener for men to be aware.”
