To back up his claim, he offered a cash prize of N100,000 to any shoemaker who could successfully reproduce the sole to his exact specifications.

“I’m the best shoemaker in Nigeria. I am the only one who can produce this sole you are seeing here. And this is not just talk-I am putting down N100,000. If you know any shoemaker who can replicate this, tag them. Let them make it, stitch a video, and send it to me. The first person to get it right will receive N100,000,” Nelson stated.
