Manchester United defender Leny Yoro has been lauded for his attitude against Newcastle United as he came to the rescue of Harry Amass on one occasion.
The Frenchman is only 19 years of age, but his £52 million price tag put him under the spotlight early in his career.
The teenager certainly had his highs and lows in what has been a complicated first campaign at Old Trafford, whether on an individual or collective level. He also suffered a few injuries that derailed his momentum.
Nevertheless, Yoro is certainly an exceptionally promising defender based on the flashes of brilliance he displayed this season. After all, he remains far from a finished product, as he still has several years before hitting his peak.

Amass was pleading with the referee to intervene, but Yoro opted for a less diplomatic approach, unceremoniously shoving the Switzerland international off his teammate, further endearing himself to the Red Army.

The young centre-back still has a long way to go to fulfil his early promise, but building a strong bond with the fanbase is certainly a vital factor for his settling at this delicate stage of his career, as the fans will always make sure they have his back, as he did with Amass.
