Man United star Alejandro Garnacho praised for Wolves performance

Manchester United and Wolves have failed to put on a show for the fans in the first half of the match.

Ruben Amorim made five changes from the team that played Lyon in the Europa League.

It clearly shows that the players who have been given a chance to play this week are lacking quality.

Without the main main Bruno Fernandes, who is on the bench against Wolves, United are lacking inspiration in the final third.

The biggest attacking threat at the moment is Alejandro Garnacho who has looked lively on the left-side.

The youngster has played 22 successful passes out of 23 (via Sofascore) and it appears like if United attack and score, it is going to be created by him.

Sky Sports News’ Peter Stevenson, who is at Old Trafford, has praised the Argentinian youngster by saying:

“Stalemate at the break. Wolves oozed confidence in the opening minutes, but United have gradually clawed their way into the game.

“You sense that Garnacho holds the key to opening up the visitors.

“But their two youngsters Fredricson and Amass haven’t looked out of place, which will reassure Amorim.”

Alejandro Garnacho has looked impressive for Man United

While the score is still 0-0, Amorim would not be too unhappy with it at the moment.

The second half is yet to be played and United can change the atmosphere and improve their level with a few changes.

Along with Garnacho, Patrick Dorgu has looked impressive and his deliveries have been brilliant against Wolves in the first half.

It is clear to see that Rasmus Hojlund needs to improve and get on the end of the deliveries being given to him from the wide positions.
