Man Utd aiming to sign Juventus teenager Kenan Yildiz in blockbuster deal

Manchester United are reportedly going after Juventus teenager Kenan Yildiz who has been enjoying a revival in recent weeks.
The 19-year-old is a youth product of Bayern Munich who was poached by the Serie A giants in the summer of 2022. After impressing with the youth ranks, he earned his place with the seniors a year later.
Last summer, the Bianconeri crowned him as the club’s next superstar by handing him the iconic Number 10 jersey which was donned by some of the club’s biggest legends, like Michel Platini, Roberto Baggio, and Kenan’s idol, Alessandro Del Piero.
On the Italian Football Podcast, Yildiz has been described as a ‘classy’ and ‘elegant’ player who can go on to win the Ballon d’Or, especially after returning to his best following the arrival of Igor Tudor who took over from the recently-sacked Thiago Motta.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Manchester Evening News), Juventus would like to keep Yildiz in Turin, but their dire finances could force their hand.

So if the Serie A giants fail to secure a spot in the Champions League next season, the young forward could be sacrificed, opening the door for Man Utd to snatch the player’s services with a ‘blockbuster’ offer.
This operation could cost a whopping £77m, while other top Premier League clubs like Liverpool and Manchester City have also been linked with the player.
With Tudor now in charge at Juventus, Yildiz has been excelling as a left attacking midfielder in the 3-4-2-1 system, which is somewhat similar to Ruben Amorim’s.
Therefore, Yildiz would be the ideal profile to link up with Amad Diallo behind the solitary striker whose identity remains shrouded in mystery.
However, spending such a staggering amount on a single player won’t be easy, especially amidst the club’s financial issues.
