‘We are yet to record a win, and we are not happy about it. I was so optimistic that we would smile at home with a victory. I joined mid-season, and we tried to push the team further up.
“This is where we are today. We failed to covert our chances. Our boys are doing well, just that we have not been taking our chances.

Reacting the Sporting Lagos coach Shola Adegun rued near-miss of qualifying for a playoffs.
‘I am sad. We arrived at Anambra hoping to win and then stand a chance of competing in NNL Super 8. It is quite painful. I doubt if there’s anything to be happy about. We lost an opportunity. The late equaliser dealt us a serious blow,’ Adegun concluded.
