The wife of the Mayor of Njikoka Local Government Council, Mrs. Pamela Amauche Ononiba has hosted a transformative One-Day Seminar on Healthy Living at the Njikoka Local Government headquarters.
Angel Network News (ANN) reports that the event was in collaboration with the Healthy Living initiative led by the wife of the Governor of Anambra State, Dr. Nonye Soludo.
In her remarks, Mrs. Ononiba while speaking on the importance of the seminar emphasized on the need for all to maintain good mental health and stress management and regular exercise.
Resource speakers for the event, Dr. Lady Tina Akulue and Lady Ebele Okoli, in their speeches, shared valuable insights on how to manage healthy living, self-care, stress management and a balanced lifestyle.
The event attracted distinguished guests, including the Mayor of Njikoka, Barr. Chinedu Dominic Ononiba, State Woman Leader of APGA, Mrs. Esther Onyekesi, APGA Woman Leader of Njikoka Local Government, Hon. Lady Chinwe Mgbajiaka, Hon. Jude Akpua PhD, the Deputy Majority Leader Representing Njikoka II Constituency in Anambra State House of Assembly, Pharm. Brendy Chinedu Anaekwe, APGA Local Government Party Chairman, and many others.
