President Tinubu jets out to Europe for 10-day vacation

President Bola Tinubu has embarked on a 10-day working vacation in Europe, splitting his time between France and the United Kingdom.
This vacation is part of his 2025 annual leave schedule, and he’ll be expected to return to Nigeria after completing his 10-day break.
The vacation will last for 10 working days.
According to a statement issued by his spokesman, Bayo Onanuga, the President will divide his annual leave between France and the United Kingdom, before returning to Nigeria.
Since taking office in May 2023, President Tinubu has made 29 trips abroad, spending a total of 124 days outside Nigeria.
Before this vacation, he returned from a 12-day diplomatic tour of Japan and Brazil on August 28.
Although it’s a vacation, President Tinubu is expected to attend to critical state matters while abroad.
