Retired Archbishop of Niger Province, Most Rev. Prof. Godwin Okpala, Reported Missing
The retired Archbishop of the Niger Province and former Bishop of Nnewi Diocese, His Grace, Most Rev. Prof. Godwin Okpala, has been reported missing.
According to reports, Archbishop Okpala left for Umuchu yesterday morning in the company of his driver but did not arrive at his intended destination. Efforts to contact the Archbishop, his driver, or locate their vehicle have so far been unsuccessful.
As of now, the family, church authorities, and concerned Nigerians are working with the relevant security agencies to determine their whereabouts. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
