The newly elected traditional ruler of Oba community Engr Augustine Chinedu Emelobe (Eze Okpoko 11), has paid a courtesy visit to the Mayor of Idemili South Local Government Area, Hon. Mrs Amaka Obi in her office at Ojoto.
Speaking during the visitation, Igwe Emelobe appreciated the Mayor for her efforts to the development of Oba and Idemili South, stating that she is doing marvellously well.
The Traditional ruler pledged his unalloyed support to the government both at the state level and local government.
In his remarks, the President General of Oba community, Engr. Uzo Ejiofor commended Governor Chukwuma Soludo for the massive Infrastructural development in Idemili South.
The PG further applauded Hon. Obi for complementing effort of Governor Soludo at grassroot level.
In her welcome speech, Hon. Amaka Obi commended them for the peaceful election and congratulated Igwe-elect, Engr. Sir. Emelobe, appealing him to foster peace, unity and engender development in Oba community.

the delegation included key figures from Oba community, including Onowu and the Secretary of Oba Community.
