Why Cubana Chief Priest can’t be forced to take care of the child, even if DNA is positive – Nina Ivy

Reality star, Nina Ivy opines that the businessman, Cubana Chief Priest cannot be forced to take care of his alleged baby mama’s son even if DNA test turns out to be positive.
She made this known while reacting to a video of Cubana Chief Priest’s alleged baby mama, Hellen calling on Imo state governor to intervene on her matter.
Nina Ivy opined that Helen had put herself in the difficult situation that she is in, if she knew he was married and had no intention of claiming the child.
She further noted, in a series of post, that Cubana Chief Priest cannot be force legally to take care of the child if DNA result comes out positive.
Nina said …
“If she knew he was married with children and had no intention of claiming her or the child, then she put herself in this situation. A child should never be used to trap someone, especially when there was no real connection between them. The reality is, men are naturally inclined toward polygamy, and in this case, she will have to handle this on her own because he won’t take responsibility. Before deciding to have a child, she should have ensured she had the means to provide for them independently.”
She added …
“@ifynayaa Even if the DNA test is done and confirms that he is the father, that doesn’t mean he will be legally forced to take responsibility for the child.
“Yes, I live in the U.S., but let’s be real this isn’t the U.S. this is Nigeria. Over there , if you choose to have a child with a married man, you are on your own because the system does not work in your favor. It’s unfortunate, but that’s the reality. Yes, men should be held accountable, but let’s not ignore the fact that women also have a responsibility to protect themselves. Hoping a married man will suddenly change and take responsibility is wishful thinking. In Nigeria, if you don’t think ahead, you’ll be left to deal with the consequences alone.”
