In the viral clip, the woman narrates the shocking moment she witnessed a baby lose both legs after the child’s mother refused to carry him on her back and instead placed him on a motorcycle.
According to her account, the tragic incident occurred due to circumstances that led to the baby’s legs being severed in the accident.
