You Said Tompolo is the One Looking After Pipelines, You Went to Blow Pipelines in Ogoni- Sara Igbe

Chief Anabs Sara Igbe, a respected leader from the Niger Delta, has accused former Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, of being responsible for the ongoing crisis in Rivers State. Speaking in an interview with Arise Television, Igbe criticized Wike’s actions and statements, which he believes have led to the destruction of pipelines in Ogoniland.
Igbe pointed out that Wike previously stated on national television that not only the Ijaws but also the Ogoni, Ikwerre, and Itsekiri people could bomb pipelines. Shortly after, a pipeline in Ogoniland was bombed. Igbe sees this as evidence that Wike’s words encouraged the attack. He also accused Wike of trying to create trouble in the Niger Delta by making divisive and insulting remarks.
According to Igbe, Wike is unfairly targeting Ijaw leader Tompolo, who is responsible for protecting pipelines in the Niger Delta. He believes that the attack in Ogoni was done to blame Tompolo and the Ijaw people.
Igbe also criticized the federal government for not taking action against Wike, despite his alleged involvement in the crisis. He questioned why an innocent man like Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara is being targeted while Wike remains in power.
Comparing Wike’s actions to a “witch” who predicts an event before making it happen, Igbe believes Wike’s ultimate goal is to create chaos and push for a state of emergency in Rivers State.
